Moving Open Access to “Post-open”

This article explores the idea of viewing open access from a “post-open” perspective, where the idea of Open Access is no longer viewed as an abstract future state, but a current condition of the time. He presents the argument that by being in a post-open state, the remaining barriers to Open Access should be addressed from a position of “openness” where open access to materials is expected and thus incorporated into all aspects of our services.
