This is a report on the implementation of a video-conferencing web application (LAN-Communicator) that enables real-time video communication between a minimum of two and a maximum of four clients / peers (with each client / peer being a web-browser with access to a camera and microphone)
within the same Local Area Network (LAN). The LAN Communicator application leverages two relatively new web technologies, Web Real-Time Communications (WebRTC) and WebSocket. (As cited in introduction.) *Publication date not found. -
