Streaming video has become popular to home users nowadays. Many households have an internet TV which is based on streaming video. In order to provide an excellent quality of streaming video to customers, the bandwidth and the efficiency/effectivity of a company's infrastructure needs to be
performed. Before implementing it, the quality of streaming video needs to be tested. One way to measure it is through a user's perception on streaming video's quality. This is because there is not an industrialized-standard method to measure streaming video's quality. Or, even there is one; people's perception method is the one gets to decide. -
