The CACS Directory includes an overview of the CACS grouping logic, a comprehensive set of flowcharts that illustrate CACS cell assignment within each Major Ambulatory cluster (MAC), and a list of CACS groups and associated Base Resource Intensity Weights (RIW). CACS was redeveloped to support both DAD and NACRS clients and commencing 2011 the Directory now includes additional logic types for Emergency, Rehabilitation and Exception (including direct diagnostic imaging, telephone visits). Factor Methodology is also included. See readme.txt files for instructions on opening the directory.
