Characterization of Solutions to block triangular Hankel Systems

• Technical report TR95-06. A full characterization of solutions is given for a certain class of under-determined triangular block Hankel systems of linear equations. Solutions of these systems correspond to Pade' approximants for bivariate power series with coefficients from a field.
