SIP is one of transport media for deliver CAP XML format message. Raj has been completed the simulation of CAP over SIP in his report. When an
emergency event happens and most of subscribers are in one place such as University, agent will starts very large number of alerting call concurrently. This research investigates the performance of network and SIP traffic characteristics under large amount of concurrent SIP calls due to CAP alert happens. (As cited in abstract.) -
