With the advent of bandwidth-intensive applications and powerful wireless devices, service providers face a challenge to satisfy the needs of customers in a cost effective manner. Legacy wireless backhaul networks are limited in their flexibility to scale well with rapidly increasing backhaul bandwidth requirement.
