The goal of this portal is to connect to industries and act as an online recruitment to support students to find the right IT job after/during graduation. This project addresses the gap between the Job Seeker and the Recruiter. This is done by taking into consideration the details provided by both, the Job Seeker and the Recruiter, and, by applying a variety of different filters in order to cater to each and everyone’s individual needs and wishes. The methodology implemented is an effective model for the sole purpose of a web portal creation. The messaging system is quite an important feature which will be implemented in the coming future within the project in order to keep the involved parties informed about their status in the Job Portal, telling them everything such as company to which they have applied, application status, designation, and department. Since, the websites are, nowadays, accessed via a variety of different devices such as desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, etc., using Bootstrap enables easy compatibility with all the above mentioned devices with ease.
