Granting agencies are emphasizing concrete, specific EDI plan to be implemented in the research grant proposals. Reviewers now expect grant applications to have a well-developed EDI plan that is specific to their field, research program and their research environment. This document is structure to assist researchers develop an EDI framework to incorporate into their grant proposal. This document is generalized so that it can be applied to any application.
