The Changing Face of Denim

  • Author(s) / Creator(s)
  • Ever since Levi Strauss put the first jeans on the market in 1873, denim seems like it has never left us. The fashion
trends in jeans and jackets have come and gone (and come back again), but denim itself has always persisted, that classic
blue textile epitomizing American cool. Everyone’s got that favorite pair of jeans that fits just right. However, even though
it’s a reliable staple, it would be a mistake to consider denim static. In fact, we’re in an exciting era of reinvention for denim,
with sustainability, technology, and the desire for comfort driving major innovation.
