Decorative cast iron balcony railing , St. Petersburg Russia

This balcony railing is made up of a series of repeating vertical sections. Each section is made up of a lower central circle flanked by mirror image bent metal which spirals out at the top and in at the bottom. A three leaf ornament extends from the top and bottom of the circle. The central leaf on each side is connected to a single rod which extends to the top and bottom solid rail. Each section is separated from the next by a single vertical bar. The building wall behind is red brick.
