The Chena River at Faribanks, Alaska was the site of many gold dredging operations. The Pump House restaurant is a reconstructed building decorated with gold rush era objects. Among these are buckets from the dredges which have been repurposed as flower beds. This is one of two that sit at the entrance to the restaurant. Reclaimed and reused pipe is used for railings in the background.
