This traditional Norwegian log farmhouse with a sod roof is located in Heritage Square in Red Deer, Alberta Canada. It has a fully equipped kitchen and showcases traditional Norwegian cultural objects including regional dresses, hardanger embroidery and rosemaling-style painting on household objects. Many families in the Red Deer area descend from Norwegian immigrants.
