A determination of the Instream Flow Needs (IFN) for the maintenance of the integrity of the aquatic ecosystems within the North Saskatchewan River Basin is required as a component of the IWMP. To this end, the NSWA retained Golder Associates Ltd. (Golder) to develop a scope of work for the development of an IFN assessment framework for the North Saskatchewan River.
