Statistical Advice for Funding Applications

Dr. Rhonda Rosychuk has extensive grant experience as a successful applicant and reviewer. Dr. Rosychuk has created a PowerPoint with voice over (~22 minutes in length) providing critical advice for developing a grant application involving statistical methods. Some topics covered include common pitfalls of statistical analysis, design of pilot studies, randomized control trials, and database studies, and working with a statistical expert. This information is not only useful for those applying for grants but for those who are involved in the grant application process at any level.
