Masters thesis. An evaluation of magnetometry as a tool to assess an archeological site prior to excavation. Thirteen historic and prehistoric sites in New England, the Canadian Prairies, Yukon Territory and western Canadian Arctic were magnetically assayed and the data interpreted in relation to their archeological sources.
